I have an old refrigerator in my shop. I used to refrigerate my cakes for the best results because it helps to set up the fondant nicely and keeps the cake sturdy and fresh. But for the past few days, I noticed that the cakes are getting enormous condensation while inside the cooler. The fondant melts and drips into a mess due to the covering of moisture, and my cakes are getting ruined inside the cooler itself. I hired a repair specialist, but he said that it is running perfectly and nothing seems like broken. Has anyone here had ever faced a problem like this? I feel like there is so much humidity in the air inside the cooler, and this might be the cause of my problem. Anyway, I'm planning to invest in a different unit like a true 2 door freezer because I'm afraid of ruining my business. However, I worry the same thing might happen to the new one. If anyone here had faced a problem like this, please help me. I need some advice.
